We are seeking for a person for the position of Quality Assurance Agent with Italian and English, to join our multi language Quality Control team in Bulgaria. Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Agent is responsible for ensuring the highest level of control of the quality of the services provided. The agents are obliged to follow a strict QA/QC plan and procedures and their correct application.
