HR Specialist


Responsibilities

Scheduling interviews with candidates,
Conducting the interviews,
Post job advertisements in diverse international job boards and social media channels,
Collaborate with local HR, Recruiters, Managers,
Provide administrative support to HR Manager,
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Making sure that all documents are uploaded to the HR system and sent to payroll provider

Requirements

Good expertise of English language,
1+ year of practice in HR (studies, internships, projects etc.) would be an asset,
A proficient user of recruitment systems,
Comfortable using MS Office applications,
capability to communicate in a clear manner,
Very good interpersonal and communication expertise,
Good organizational expertise,
Team player,
Self-motivation and an eye for detail.
